You can print the schedule of classes at any time, for any term. You go to job submission, which is form GJAPCTL. In the process field, enter the script name WSRDSOC. Page down and enter YOUR printer name in the printer field. Then page down to the parameters. You will be entering your information on the right side under VALUES. Please see example below.

1. Enter the term you wish to print. EX: 200305
2. Part of Term should be %
3. Order should be 1
4. Start page should be 0
5. Course status should be A in most cases. That will give you only the active courses. However, you can also use % if you want to see all courses, including active, cancelled, pending, or hold.
6. Campus selection should be % in most cases. You can also print by a specific campus. EX: 7 for studies abroad, 1 for video, 3 for Tech Lorraine, etc.
7. Enter the subject code you wish to print. EX: MATH, or % for the entire schedule.
8. Suppress campus should be A. That will eliminate the printing of the letter "A" next to each course on your print out.

Once you have entered all of your parameters, page down, tab once to the submit button, and hit F3 at the top of your keyboard.
