Why must cookies be enabled?
Banner web uses cookies for security checks each time a web menu, procedure, or frameset is loaded. A cookie is a piece of data that a web application creates and sends to the browser. The cookies set by SCT web applications are stored only in the browser's cache - they are not written to a file on the computer's hard drive. They are destroyed when the users closes the browser.

The system is taken down for file maintenance on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday nights from midnight until approximately 4 A.M. The system may be unavailable at other times for upgrades.
