Lawful Presence Requirement

In accordance with University System of Georgia policy, a person who is not lawfully present in the United States is not eligible for admission to Georgia Tech. Starting in the fall of 2011, students admitted to Georgia Tech must verify their lawful presence in the United States prior to enrollment. Later this year, we will communicate to you what steps, if any, will be required for you to complete once the verification process has been further defined.
