- Instructions for looking up your gtID# can be found at www.registrar.gatech.edu/students/gtid.php
- The results of your application will be sent to you via your e-mail address, so please print clearly.
Box 2
- A student may only apply for the same level as formerly enrolled. For example, if your student level was undergraduate when you left, you may not apply to return as a graduate student. You would have to go through the Graduate Admissions process. Information on Graduate Admissions can be found at www.grad.gatech.edu/admissions/.
Box 5
- Students with an academic standing of DROP or REVIEW must also complete a "petition the faculty", in addition to the readmission application. Instruction for petitioning can be found at www.registrar.gatech.edu/students/formlanding/pettofac.php .
Box 6
- All schools attended since you were last enrolled must be listed and an official transcript provided. Failure to disclose all schools may result in your application being denied.
- Be sure to sign your application.
The readmission application along with any transcripts, petitions, and other supporting information
must be submitted to the Readmission Office, in room 103 of the Tech
Tower (Administration Building), by faxing to 404-894-0167 (transcripts from other schools must be official and may not be faxed. They must be received in a sealed envelope), or by mailing to:
